Clinical Supervision

Whether you have just received your MSW or you've been working toward your LCSW licensure for some time, supervision by an LCSW skilled in the practice areas and therapies in which you're interested is critical toward your development as a therapist. While I do not offer employment to CSWAs at Hazelwood at this time, I do offer clinical supervision to CSWAs employed elsewhere. 

As a clinical supervisor, my role is multifaceted: 

• to help you identify and develop your own treatment philosophy; 
• to provide honest and constructive feedback on cases you present and help you sharpen your diagnosis and treatment skills; 
• to help you learn how to identify and address ethical dilemmas;
• to offer empathy and support as you navigate challenging cases; and
•  empower you to learn and to grow into the therapist you want to be.
